The O’Gara Coal Company, a corporation organized in 1905 under the laws of the State of New York for the purpose of mining coal, manufacturing coke and other products and the sale of them, was licensed in 1906 to transact business in this State and has ever since been engaged in transacting its business in this State. It made its annual reports, in accordance with the statutes, to the Secretary of State for the years beginning July 1, 1923, 1924 and 1925, showing that as originally organized the corporation was authorized to issue 60,000 shares of stock of the par value of $100 and did issue…
