This a race discrimination and retaliation case brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1981. Plaintiff Kimberly Brown was employed by Defendant The Boeing Company (Boeing) in its human resources (HR) department in its Ridley Park, Pennsylvania, offices from October 1993 to October 25, 2002, when she was terminated in connection with a reduction-in-force (RIF).
