Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Bradley, J.), entered October 11,1994 in Albany County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, directing the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board to maintain a current index of its decisions.
