Defendants appeal from judgments of conviction of violation of section 11530 of the Health and Safety Code, and from orders denying their motions for new trial. The facts surrounding these convictions are briefly as follows: That about 12 o’clock noon on August 21, 1959, two officers of the Los Angeles Police Deuartment and two agents of the California State Bureau of Narcotics established surveillance over appellants’ residence at Compton, California.
