SINGLETON, Chief Judge.
This is an action arising under the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947, § 301, 29 U.S.C. § 185(a), and the Texas Human Rights Act. The plaintiff, Jimmy S. Elstner, an employee of defendant Southwestern Bell Telephone Company (hereinafter “Southwestern Bell”), alleges that a transfer within his employment, that resulted in a diminution in pay, was occasioned solely by discrimination against him because of a physical handicap in violation of the Texas Human Rights Act, the Collective Bargaining Agreement between Southwestern Bell and…
