MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

McLAUGHLIN, District Judge.

Plaintiffs, who are represented by counsel, filed this action under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983 and 1985(3) for violations of the Fifth, Eighth and Fourteenth amendments to the Constitution. They also allege pendent claims for assault, battery, false arrest, false imprisonment, negligence and loss of services.
