MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Presently before the Court are serious allegations that a party to this action has sought to distort the discovery and trial process through conduct that merits sanctions. AM General LLC (“AM General” or “Defendant”) has filed a motion for default judgment against JFB Hart Coatings, Inc. (“JFB Hart” or “Plaintiff’), asking the Court to dismiss this case with prejudice because JFB Hart has engaged in misconduct including document fabrication, perjury, and failure to produce important documents in a timely manner.
