JON J. CHINEN, Bankruptcy Judge.

On June 26, 1981, Pizza of Hawaii, Inc. filed its Complaint, together with a Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Motion For Preliminary Injunction. This Court granted the Temporary Restraining Order on June 26, 1981. A hearing on the Motion for Preliminary Injunction was held on July 6, 1981, at which time Pizza of Hawaii, Inc. was represented by James N.
