Plaintiff filed this breach of contract action against defendant, plaintiffs former employer, based on defendant’s alleged breach of a severance and release agreement executed by the parties. Defendant, in turn, has filed a counterclaim seeking reformation or rescission of the agreement. In brief, the parties’ dispute con cerns the compensation provision in the agreement executed by the parties.
