This suit was filed in Chariton county, Missouri, to set aside a purported will, executed by Daisy Shannon, deceased, on grounds of mental incapacity and undue influence. The issue of mental incapacity was not submitted to a jury. Upon the question of undue influence the jury, by its verdict, set aside the will, and from the judgment entered the proponents appealed.
