OPINION

RICHARD BARAJAS, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of simulating legal process. The jury assessed punishment at nine (9) months’ confinement and a fine of $2,500. We reverse the judgment of the trial court.

I. SUMMARY OF THE EVIDENCE

Appellant was charged by complaint and information for three offenses of simulating legal process. All three cases were tried at the same time. Appellant represented himself pro-se.
