This action arises out of an automobile accident which occurred June 8, 1930, in the State of Virginia, resulting, as is alleged, in the death by negligence of plaintiff’s intestate who was then a resident of the State of West Virginia. Administration on the estate of deceased was taken out in the county where he was domiciled, and the letters thereof were issued to the plaintiff.
