Brazauskis, on filing an application *481for dependency compensation on behalf of herself and 4 minor dependent children, was awarded workmen’s compensation by the commission, under the workmen’s compensation act, for the death of her husband. The defendant board of county road commissioners, his employer, and its insurance carrier appeal.
