The workmen’s compensation appeal board found that plaintiff, Eula Sheppard, was disabled as a result of “an accidental personal injury arising out of and in the course of employment” by the defendant bank on December 14, 1953. The record discloses that the plaintiff became disabled as a result of a back injury she received in the course of her employment lifting file trays of the approximate weight of 25 pounds when 1 of them stuck in the file and she gave a “yank” to free it.
