This case is before the Court on the motion brought by Plaintiff Carter Kalbfleisch, by his Next Friend, Christopher Kalbfleisch, for remand of the case to state court (Doc. 7). On July 17, 2009, Christopher Kalbfleisch filed this action on behalf of Carter Kalbfleisch, his minor son, in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, Monroe County, Illinois, seeking an injunction to compel officials of Defendant Columbia Community Unit School District Unit No. 4 (“the School District”) to permit Carter, who is autistic, to bring a service dog…
