Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schenectady County (Catena, J.), rendered October 28,1981, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of assault in the second degree. Defendant was indicted for two counts of rape in the first degree, one count of assault in the second degree, and three counts of endangering the welfare of a minor. After jury selection had been completed, defendant pleaded guilty to the charge of assault in the second degree in full satisfaction of the charges against him.
