Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Vogt, J.), rendered April 11, 1986, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of rape in the first degree.

Defendant pleaded guilty to one count of rape in the first degree in full satisfaction of all charges pending against him in accordance with the provisions of a plea-bargain arrangement. Following extensive questioning by County Court, the plea was accepted. At sentencing, defendant made application to withdraw his plea.
