MEMORANDUM DECISION

THIS MATTER came before the Court as an evidentiary hearing held on July 15 and 16, 2009, to determine the eligibility of Pierce County Housing Authority (Debtor) to file a petition under Chapter 9 of the Bankruptcy Code and for confirmation of the Debtor’s proposed plan for adjustment of debts (Plan). 1 Objections to both the Debtor’s eligibility and Plan were filed by the Eagles Watch Creditors.
