*294 Defendant appeals from judgments entered 2 April 2013 by Judges L. Todd Burke and V. Bradford Long after a jury convicted him of financial card theft, possession of stolen property, and the status of being an habitual felon. Our review of the indictment reveals the indictment did not contain all of the elements of possession of stolen property. Therefore, we vacate the judgment as it pertains to Defendant's conviction for possession of stolen property.
