1Opinion of the Court

STEPHENS, Judge.

*54 Plaintiff Law Offices of Peter H. Priest, PLLC, argues that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment to Defendants Gabriel Coch and Information Patterns, LLC, on Plaintiff's claims for breach of contract and fraud, and in dismissing Plaintiff's claims for breach of fiduciary duty, constructive fraud, and unfair and deceptive trade practices, as well as dismissing Priest as a party in his individual capacity. After *55 careful consideration, we hold that the trial court did not err and consequently affirm both its Order and its Order and Opinion.
