We have for determination two cases of the same style and involving the identical question. These cases were consolidated below and tried together and one opinion will be rendered here applicable to both.

The City of Knoxville through its officers swore out two warrants against H. P. Brown charging that he violated “an ordinance or ordinances of the said City, by, Viol. city Ord. 123 (zoning ord.) on or about the — day of — , 1952, at or near 101 Catalpa St.” Then followed other necessary averments.
