After trial without a jury, appellant was convicted on informations charging petit larceny 1 and carrying a pistol without a license. 2 Presented on this appeal is a question of the reasonableness of police action in approaching, confronting, and interrogating a person on a public street after viewing his highly suspicious conduct and the constitutionality of a seizure of suspected proceeds of a theft where no victim had reported a loss.
