Plaintiff Michael Stillman has sued defendants Leo Burnett Company, Inc. (“Burnett”) and United Airlines, Inc. (“United”) for copyright infringement under the Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 501, false designation of origin under the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a), and unfair competition under the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (“the Consumer Fraud Act”), ch.
