1Per curiam
Edwin L. Funk, an employee of relator A. F. Scheppmanh & Son Construction Company, sustained fatal injuries while driving the employer’s motor vehicle. Respondent, his widow, was awarded benefits on the’commission’s finding that the deceased employee’s injury and death arose out of and in the course of his employment. We reverse.
