This action was brought under the Declaratory Judgment Act, Civil Code of Practice, Section 639a — 1 et seq., by Willie Crawford, Jr., and Bonnie Mae Crawford, by her statutory guardian, seeking a construction of their paternal grandfather’s, M. T. Crawford’s will, by the terms of which they were forbidden to participate in the distribution of his estate.
