Mrs. Minnie Justice died testate, a resident of Lawrence County, on July 21, 1938. She was sixty eight years of age at the time of her death and her husband, who has since died, was seventy-eight. After her death there was found in her safe deposit box at the Louisa. National Bank an envelope containing five separate', sheets of writing.
