’ At the regular primary election in 1931 the appellant and plaintiff below, A. B. Combs, and the appellee and defendant below, Hiram M. Brock, were opposing candidates for the Republican nomination for the office of State Senator from the Thirty-Third senatorial district of Kentucky, which is composed of the counties of Perry, Letcher, Leslie, Clay, and Harlan.
