—Appeal from a judgment of Supreme Court, Erie County (Forma, J.), entered February 8, 1999, convicting defendant after a jury trial of, inter alia, burglary in the second degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed.

Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him following a jury trial of burglary in the second degree (Penal Law § 140.25 [2]) and robbery in the third degree (§ 160.05) and further convicting him following a separate bench trial of criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree (§ 165.40)…
