*900OPINION OF THE COURT

On the Court’s own motion, it is determined that Honorable Salvador Collazo is suspended with pay, effective immediately, from the offices of Judge of the Civil Court of the City of New York and Acting Justice of the Supreme Court, First Judicial District, pending disposition of his request for review of a determination by the State Commission on Judicial Conduct.
