MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

SHANAHAN, District Judge.

Before the court is the Defendant’s “Notice of Appeal” (Filing No. 2) and the Defendant’s “Addendum to Notice of Appeal” (Filing No. 3). The Defendant is appealing an order and judgment of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska. In an Order dated March 5, 2002 (“Order”), Bankruptcy Judge Timothy J. Mahoney ruled in favor of the Plaintiff, Paige Ann Sweeney (“Sweeney”), thereby discharging her student loans.
