PELLEGRINI, Judge.

Frank J. Antimary (Claimant) and U.S. # 1 Auto Sales (Employer) petition for review the order of the Worker’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board) reversing the referee’s decision that KLM Insurance Group (KLM) had represented to Employer that it had obtained worker’s compensation insurance for Employer.

Claimant filed a claim petition alleging he sustained a work-related injury while employed as a lot man for Employer on August 8, 1990. Employer turned the claim over to KLM in the belief that KLM had secured worker’s compensation insurance for it. KLM informed Employer that it…
