1 Reported in 249 N.W. 573. The appellant, A.M. Eiken, administrator of the estate of Dr. W.E. Browning, appeals from a judgment of the district court, on appeal from the probate court by certain creditors of the estate and by Dorothy Jane Browning, by her guardian. Selma Browning, the surviving spouse of the deceased, appeared in the district court and here as a respondent. The appeal of Dorothy Jane Browning, by her guardian, was withdrawn in district court.
