MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This matter is now before the Court on Motion for Reconsideration and New Trial predicated on two grounds: the Motion is *27timely filed and the Court lacked subject matter jurisdiction. The Motion will be denied in both respects.

This case was filed in the Small Claims Division of the Court by Plaintiff on August 10, 1992, claiming Defendant was indebted to Plaintiff in the sum of $4,980.00.
