This is an action of contract in which the plaintiff seeks to recover $576.00 and interest representing the value of three negotiable trade acceptances made by the defendant payable to the Rubberseal Corporation and endorsed by said corporation to the plaintiff. The answer consists of a general denial and specially sets forth that the assignor of the plaintiff was and is a foreign corporation and had not complied with the provisions of G.
