COLLET, Circuit Judge.
The only question presented upon this petition of the National Labor Relations Board to enforce its order directed to the respondent El Dorado Water Company, Inc., is whether respondent is engaged in commerce within the meaning of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 151 et seq., and is thereby subject to the Labor Board’s jurisdiction.
