Illinois Hospital and Health Service, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “corporation”), brought this action to enjoin the Winnebago County Treasurer from collecting real estate taxes for 1974 and future years. At this point it is to be observed that the corporation is, in effect, the Rockford Blue Cross. The real estate involved is, apparently, the office building located at 227 N.
