Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City (BCBSKC), Grace E. Jackson, and Science of Business, Inc. appeal from the trial court’s grant of partial summary judgment in favor of the Attorney General on their petition for declaratory judgment. Appellants brought the declaratory judgment action in the Circuit Court of Cole County for a determination of BCBSKC’s status under the Missouri Nonprofit Corporations Act. 1
