This controversy arises from the marital differences of the parties.
The amended complaint alleges three causes of action. The first seeks to have declared invalid an absolute decree of divorce obtained by the defendant against the plaintiff in the State of Pennsylvania on June 4, 1929, on the ground of cruelty.
