McGHEE, Justice.

The appellants (plaintiffs below) are owners and proprietors of an eating establishment known as the Mayflower Cafe and located in Santa Fe. The appellees (defendants below) are an unincorporated union affiliated with the American Federation of Labor and certain of the union’s officials, agents and employees. The appellants brought suit against the appellees for a permanent injunction and an award of damages for the alleged wrongful picketing and patrolling of their cafe.
