By the plaintiffs’ waiver, and because exceptions *393do not lie to the refusal of a master to make findings of fact as requested, only the second, sixteenth, thirty-fourth, thirty-fifth, thirty-sixth, thirty-seventh and thirty-eighth exceptions are before us.
