The substantive averments of the bill admitted by the demurrers are, that by a concerted scheme to defraud in which at some stage all the defendants participated, they succeeded in selling to the United Zinc Companies, a corporation chartered by the State of New Jersey, hereinafter designated as the company, certain mineral lands with the leases and mills therewith connected at a price very largely in'excess of their intrinsic or market value.
