2Per curiam
Contrary to his pleas, the appellant was convicted by a special court-martial for larceny of one Army field telephone and wrongful appropriation of an Army V4-ton truck in violation of Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 921. The court members sentenced him to a bad-conduct discharge, forfeiture of $200.00 pay per month for three months, confinement at hard labor for three months, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade. The convening authority approved the sentence.
