It it alleged that the Circuit Court erred in decreeing the several claims of these five appellees to be liens.on the railroad and property of. the original Chicago and Great 'Southern Bailway Company superior to the lien of the mortgage of November 1, 1881; and that it also erred in decreeing these claims to be liens on the railroad and property of the consolidated company superior to the lien of the mortgage of April 9, 1883, conveying the railroad and property formerly known as the Chicago and Block Coal railroad.
