This was a statutory proceeding to try the right of property in a soda fount and fixtures levied on under attachment sued out by the appellant against Frank ■Chase, and. which were claimed by the appellee, who made affidavit and gave bond as required by law. In the bond, as well as in the indorsement made by the sheriff thereon, the property was valued at four hundred dollars, and the bond, together with the affidavit, was returned by the sheriff into the county court of Washington county for a trial of the cause.
