Plaintiffs Todd O'Gara, founder, president, and chairman of Wanu Water Inc., and Wanu Water bring suit against a company investor, Defendant Joseph P. Binkley III, based on his involvement in an alleged orchestrated campaign to harass and damage Plaintiffs' reputations.
