A motion to disqualify substituted counsel for Free-Tan Corp. (“Free-Tan”) has been made in this removed action (hereafter the “Default Action”) originally commenced by Free-Tan in the Supreme Court, County of New York in late January 1985 against 49-50 Associates (“49-50” or “Defendant”).
