Appellant Robbie R. Jones appeals the order of the Sebastian County Circuit Court denying her motion for permission to file a new complaint and awarding distribution of the proceeds of a tax sale amongst Jones and Appellees Double “D” Properties, Inc., and Charlie Daniels, Commissioner of State Lands, State of Arkansas. We have jurisdiction over this case pursuant to Ark. Sup. Ct. R. l-2(a)(7), because it is a second or subsequent appeal of this matter in this court. See Jones v.
