This is a workman’s compensation case, filed by appellant, the Service Mutual Insurance Company of Texas, in the district court of Jasper County as an appeal from the final award of the Industrial Accident Board; appellees, Mrs. J. C. Vaughn and her minor daughter, Bernice Vaughn, the compensation claimants, are the surviving widow and daughter of the deceased employee, J. C. (Carl) Vaughn; A. L. Mays was the employer.
