This is an appeal from a judgment entered in the superior court of Yakima county in an action brought by Donald Ray Nagala, a minor, through his father as his guardian ad litem, against the Yakima Grocery Company and Herman Warsing, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained as a result of his coming in contact with the large van of a delivery truck, at the time being driven by Herman Warsing, as an employee of the grocery company.
