In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for tortious interference with contract, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Coppola, J.), *274entered January 31, 1996, as granted the defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the first cause of action in the complaint.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
